At Mouse in a Box, we want you to love every piece of your wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment remains in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn clothing back into its original box and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
